Specialist Technician

A Specialist Technician is an experienced computer technician who can provide a high level of IT support. Specialist technicians are able to support both the curriculum and administration school networks as well as support school/department initiatives.

Support Technician

A Support technician is an experienced Level 2 technician who works independently to resolve most day-to-day IT issues. Any issues that cannot be solved by a routine technician are generally escalated to a specialist technician.

IT Support, Management

Bsoft provides qualified and experienced IT technicians, project managers and business analysts to our small and large corporate clients. Generally these management staff work within the corporate environment to implement medium to large scale ICT hardware, software or service oriented projects. Tasks may include; IT management Business/System/Cost/Benefit analysis, Project management.
